EUROPE

Orders with a delivery address in France & Italy are sent via UPS for a charge of 9 EURO per parcel. All other delivery locations in Europe (except the countries listed below) are sent via DPD for a charge of 9 EURO per parcel.

Switzerland - £35 flat rate

Lithuania - £66 flat rate

Gibraltar - £87 flat rate

You can expect to receive your parcel within 4-12 business days from dispatch.

UK CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DEADLINE

To guarantee your order is under your tree, in time for Christmas Day, please ensure you place your order by Standard Post by Thursday 16th December 2021.

 

EU CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DEADLINE

To guarantee your order is under your tree, in time for Christmas Day, please ensure you place your order by Standard Post by Monday 13th December 2021.

 

UNITED KINGDOM

Orders with a delivery address in the UK are sent via Hermes for a charge of £6 per parcel for orders under £99. Any order over £99 (as of 17th September 2021) to a UK address will receive the option of free shipping at checkout.  You can expect to receive your parcel within 3-5 business days from dispatch.
 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All orders with a delivery location outside of the countries listed above will receive a shipping charge of 75 EURO/GBP per parcel. You can expect to receive your parcel within 4-12 business days from dispatch. 

 

Lorna Jane does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Please contact our Customer Care team if you have any questions prior to ordering. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

 

ENSURE A SAFE DELIVERY

Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted. Lorna Jane will not take responsibility If a parcel has been safe drop and intercepted or fraudulently signed and accepted on delivery. Our couriers do not deliver to buildings that require codes on entry.
 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an emailed invoice followed by an email containing tracking information. Once an order has been placed you cannot amend or cancel your order. Any changes must be completed upon delivery by following our Return Policy.
