Returns Policy

If you find that any product you have ordered is unsuitable, don´t worry, we have a flexible returns policy and are happy to help you choose something else. We are happy to offer free tracked returns on any full price and sale items returned to us in perfect condition, within 28 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase. Faulty items may be returned at any time. Our free returns couldn‘t be easier.

How to Return an Item

  • 1. Go to Royal Mail‘s Online Returns Portal https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/1049
  • 2. Select the shape of the item you are returning: bag or tube.
  • 3. Confirm that the item weighs less than 20kg.
  • 4. Add you order number and your details
  • 5. Print and attach the label to your parcel. Remember to also fill in and include the returns form you received with the receipt when you originally placed the order
  • 6. Take to the post office

The parcel can be dropped off at any Post Office and will be tracked from the minute it is scanned in.

If you have any problems with using Royal Mail‘s Online Portal, you can still return the item to our warehouse:

Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of postage. Please note, Lorna Jane UK cannot cover the cost of your postage if you do not use the free tracked returns provided. A refund can only be processed once the item has been recieved in the warehouse. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for the money to show in your account.

If you wish to have an exchange please follow the same process as the return. Your dispatch receipt will have a returns form at the bottom of the page. Please clarify here if you would like a return or an exchange and fill in the reason for your return.
