RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your new Lorna Jane products as much as we loved creating them for you. Understanding you may change your mind on the size or style you have purchased, here is our commitment to you.
 

HOW TO RETURN?

STEP 1: Log your return to generate your return label through our Returns Portal via this link HERE
  • Your Order ID number is the LJ16 or PR16 number located on your invoice
  • The email address is the email that was used when placing the order
  • At the final step there will be an option to click to download the return label

Please Note: If you fall outside of our 30 day policy you will not be able to log a return and will need to reach out to Customer Care via Live Chat for support.

STEP 2: Print your Return Label to put on the outside of your parcel.

STEP 3: Fill out the Returns form HERE and include inside your return parcel.

STEP 4. Please take your parcel to the Parcel Point of the carrier listed on the return label.

Return Timeframes
Allow 2 weeks for your parcel to be returned to us by courier. Once we receive your return parcel back to our warehouse your request will be processed and you will be sent an email confirmation. Lorna Jane will not be held liable for parcels returned with an alternative courier.

ONLINE RETURNS

We offer an Exchange, Gift Card (1 year expiry) or Refund (Full price styles only) on all Online purchases returned to our Online Store within 30 days of receiving. It is important that the product tags remain attached and in original condition. Proof of purchase is required prior to return. On all Returns to our Online Store please ensure the Return Form is filled out and included inside your parcel. Requests to cancel an order must be received within 14 days of order placement.
 

OUR PERFORMANCE PROMISE

Every Lorna Jane garment is performance tested by our team and fit tested for real life feedback. As our Customer there are certain guarantees that are made when goods are sold to you, one of which is that our Activewear is of acceptable quality. A product is considered faulty or not of acceptable quality if it does not work or appear as it should. If an item is faulty or not of acceptable quality you may be entitled to a credit, replacement, or refund. If you believe there is a fault with the item you have received, please reach out to our Customer Care team via Live Chat 10pm to 10am Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. Any returned items that have been worn must be washed prior to return please.
 

*SPECIFICS

Refunds, gift vouchers or exchanges will not be provided for change of mind for any personal care merchandise (such as lip balms, body scrub, intimate clothing etc.) Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact and at the discretion of the Lorna Jane staff member.
 

*RETURN OF GIFT WITH PURCHASE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

All gift with purchase offers are subject to availability. Gift with Purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded and a warranty does not apply. Gift With Purchases cannot be redeemed for cash and are only available at time of purchase. In the event of a return, all Gift With Purchase products or other bonus items must be returned with the original purchase, on the same terms as above.
 

EXTERNAL STOCKISTS

Lorna Jane products purchased through external stockists, are in accordance with the individual stockist’s purchase policy and, as such, purchased products can only be returned to their original place of purchase.
