We use couriers OCS for international shipping. We advise all customers to allow more time when placing orders overseas. Some parcels may take a slightly longer time as various countries have strict custom policies. Please note we do not cover your customs charge. Before placing an order, we advise customers to check the duties charges for overseas orders with their local postal service providers. Here are the charges for international shipping.
Europe: tracked is £10 on all orders (please allow 10-12 working days)
Rest of World: tracked £15 on all orders (please allow 7-14 working days)
Standard delivery orders are sent using Hermes; Once your parcel has been collected by (usually within 2 working days of placing your order) we will send you a confirmation email and/or text message to let you know your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse and will be with you the following day. You will receive a second email and/or text message on the day your parcel will arrive to inform you of the 1 hour window in which you should expect delivery. Both emails will give you the option to reschedule your delivery, have your parcel delivered to a neighbour and track your order.

Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address.
You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. During our Sale period, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. For any further delivery queries, please call us on 0203 874 8956 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All next day parcels will also be delivered by DPD. Please place all next day orders by 2.30pm the day before the item is to be delivered, to ensure that your order will be with you by the next day. Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will not be processed until the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.
